Custom Branded Gazebos for Businesses, Trade Shows and Events
A custom branded gazebo shapes a company's outdoor stand: nine square metres of printed roof on the 3x3 model that can be seen from the other end of the venue and withstands campaign after campaign. We offer foldable gazebos from 3x3 to 3x6 metres with roof, valance, and walls printed in full colour, starting from a single unit. You see the design mounted on the gazebo before approving production.
An Investment That Lasts Several Seasons, Not a Disposable Fair Item
A gazebo isn't a giveaway: it's purchased once and used for years at trade shows, markets, sales outings, tournaments, and open days. This changes the design criteria. What is a two-centimetre logo on a pen is here a nine-square-metre surface that must be resolved with the same simplicity: corporate colour background, large logo on all four roof sides, brand on the valance, and perhaps a short slogan on the back wall. No listing services or printing phone numbers that will become obsolete, because the printed roof isn't changed every year. It's the same logic we apply to the rest of the event, trade show, and conference merchandising.
The second decision is structural, and it determines the price. A 3x3 metre steel gazebo costs around €250-500 printed and is suitable for occasional use a few times a year, but it weighs 20-25 kg and the frame corrodes if exposed to rain and salt frequently. The same size in aluminium with a 40 mm hexagonal profile ranges from €550 to €1,000, weighs 19-24 kg, can be set up by two people in a couple of minutes, and is the choice for teams that go out every weekend. If the gazebo is going to travel in a van twenty times a year, the difference pays off in a couple of seasons.
What Can Be Customised
- The entire roof: all four sides printed in full colour, with the corporate background and logo repeated on each side to be visible from any aisle angle.
- The valance, the 20-25 cm perimeter strip hanging from the roof: this is read up close and usually features the brand or a four or five-word slogan.
- The side walls, ordered per unit: plain, with a window, with a half-wall counter type, or with a zip door, printed on one or both sides.
- The accessories that complete the set: printed wheeled carry bag, leg weights, foldable counter with canvas, and banners with the same artwork.
- The team underneath, part of the stand's image: polos and custom branded t-shirts for businesses with the same logo, and custom branded lanyards for badges.

How It's Done
- Design and Preview. Send us your logo in vector format (SVG, PDF or AI); if you only have a bitmap, we'll vectorise it, as a 300 px logo looks pixelated on the roof at this scale. We place the artwork on the chosen model and size, and you see the marquee on screen, with the valances, canopy and walls as they will be printed, before you approve anything.
- Production and Branding. Sublimation on polyester for roofs and walls: the ink penetrates the fibre, doesn't increase cost by number of inks, and doesn't crack at the folds when the canvas is folded. Inflatable formats and PVC canvases are digitally printed. We produce from a single unit with no minimum order: you can order one marquee for a specific fair or six for different branches.
- Delivery. To the office, warehouse or event venue, across Europe, in its wheeled carry bag. If each branch orders its own size or walls, they do so from the Pekata portal, available in seven languages, and you receive a single invoice.
Where They Fit and What They Combine With
The usual use is the outdoor stand: sector fairs in open venues, local markets and fairs, weekend sales outings, street recruitment points. They also cover internal uses often forgotten in budgeting: the refreshment area of a sponsored race, accreditation at the entrance of an open day, or a shaded spot at the summer staff party. Before buying, ask the venue two things: if it requires flame-retardant fabric and its certificate, and if it allows ground anchoring with stakes or if weights are needed, as weights from 10 to 30 kg per leg are ordered separately and take up space in the van.
The marquee rarely stands alone. Underneath, there's usually a counter, banners, coordinated team textiles, and something to take away: low-cost promotional gifts for companies for the aisle flow and a better gift for scheduled visits. If the event is outdoors and there's a risk of rain, customised umbrellas for companies with the same design complete the set. Everything is produced, coordinated, and invoiced together, with the breakdown you need.
Frequently asked questions
How much does a customised marquee for a fair cost?
A 3x3 metre folding marquee with a steel frame and full-colour printed roof ranges from €250 to €500, and the same size in 40 mm aluminium, from €550 to €1,000. The 3x4.5 m ranges from €800 to €1,500, and the 3x6 m from €1,200 to €2,200. Side walls are ordered separately. These are indicative prices per unit, with the logo already printed and excluding VAT.
What is the minimum order for customised marquees?
One. We produce from a single unit, so you can order just one marquee for a specific event. What improves with quantity is the unit price, and this is especially noticeable when several branches order the same size with the same design, as the printing is done in a single run.
How long does a marquee printed with the logo take?
Allow about three to four weeks from approving the preview for a folding marquee with printed roof and valance, and four to six weeks if you add several walls or choose an inflatable format. These are approximate times: they are confirmed when finalising the model, size, and quantity. If the marquee needs to be at a fair on a fixed date, leave a couple of weeks' margin within that range.
What branding technique is used on a marquee roof?
Sublimation on 300D or 600D polyester. The ink penetrates the fibre, so you can cover the entire canvas in full colour without cost per number of inks, and the print doesn't crack at the folds. Sublimation only works on polyester: on PVC canvas and inflatable formats, digital printing is used, which accepts the same design but increases the cost for large surface gradients.
Can only the walls be printed and leave the roof plain?
Yes, and it's a common way to allocate the budget. You can start with a roof in the corporate colour and printed valance, which is read up close, and add customised walls later for €80 to €200 each. It also works the other way around: printed roof from the start, as it's visible from afar, and plain walls that are customised later.
