Customised Corporate Diaries with Your Logo

Customised corporate diaries remain effective because they are used all year round and seen in every meeting. The difference lies in the format you choose, the interior paper, and how you apply the logo on the cover. Here are the details to help you decide without requesting three quotes.

Format Matters More Than the Cover

A corporate diary doesn't compete with other merchandise; it competes with the mobile calendar. That's why format matters more than the cover colour. The working calendar in Spain is about 250 business days, so those planning meetings prefer a week-to-view A5, those taking project or consultation notes want a day-per-page, and travellers need a pocket-sized 9×14 cm that fits in the inside jacket pocket. Choosing the wrong format is what turns a good diary into a drawer filler.

The second factor is the interior. A daily use diary features 70 to 80 g/m² paper, an annual planner, a two-year calendar, and a ribbon bookmark. From there, you can customise title pages, add your centres' holidays, or include a page with company values. If you want it to arrive with extras, check out the customised corporate pens and the rest of our customised stationery and desk items.

What Can Be Customised

  • The cover: logo embossed or thermally engraved on faux leather, single-colour screen printing, gold or silver stamping, or full-colour digital printing if the cover allows.
  • The interior: branded title page, annual planner with each centre's holidays, note pages with custom headers, and a two-year calendar.
  • Format and colour: pocket-sized 9×14 cm, A5 or A4; day-per-page or week-to-view; flexible or rigid cover; elastic band and ribbon matching your corporate colours.
  • The extras: each person selects colour and model on the Pekata portal, in their language, and the diary can be included in a welcome pack for employees alongside the rest of the kit.
  • The recycled version: kraft cardboard cover and recycled paper interior with wire-o binding, part of our eco-friendly merchandise line.

How It's Done

  • Design and Preview. You choose the format and colour, send us the logo in vector format (SVG, PDF or AI), and if you only have a PNG, we vectorise it. You'll see the diary already customised on screen, with the actual size and position of the branding, before approving anything.
  • Production and Branding. Production starts from 25 units: embossing and thermal engraving are done with a custom die on the cover; screen printing and digital printing are adjusted to the corporate colour. If the interior includes custom pages, it is printed and bound to order, adding one or two weeks to the timeline.
  • Delivery. To the office, an event venue, or each person's home, in Spain and across Europe. Each employee provides their address on the platform, so HR doesn't collect data. A single invoice, with the breakdown of benefits in kind if needed.

When an Agenda Makes Sense and What to Pair It With

The agenda is a fixed-calendar gift: decided in September, produced in October, and delivered in November or December to start using on 1st January. If you're running late, the sensible option is an eighteen-month agenda or switching to a customised company calendar, which doesn't expire in the same way. For sales teams and professional offices, it's still one of the few items the recipient opens daily in front of others.

It pairs well with little. An agenda and engraved metal pen, costing between €2 and €6 each, is the classic year-end set; an agenda, notebook, and pen work as an onboarding kit; and if it's a Christmas gift, the agenda fits in the Pekata box with a band, label, and card with your brand, alongside gourmet products.

Frequently asked questions

How Much Does a Customised Company Agenda Cost?

The usual range is from €8 to €15 per unit, excluding VAT and with the logo already applied. A pocket-sized one, 9×14 cm with blind embossing, is around €8-10, the A5 week-to-view in faux leather is about €9-12, and the A5 day-per-page, with around 400 pages, is close to €11-14. These are indicative prices and improve with volume.

Is There a Minimum Order for Agendas with a Logo?

The minimum order is 25 units: we produce from 25 units, so you can order ten agendas or a thousand. What changes with quantity is the price per unit, as the embossing plate and machine setup costs are spread over more pieces. If the interior has custom-printed pages, the difference between few and many units is more noticeable.

How Long Does It Take from Design Approval?

With marking only on the cover, allow two to three weeks from design approval. If you also customise the interior with title pages or specific holidays, add one or two more weeks. These are approximate times: between September and November, year-end orders peak, so it's best to finalise the design early.

Which Marking Lasts Best on the Cover?

On faux leather, blind embossing and hot stamping are the most common and durable: the logo is pressed into the material, with no inks to wear off. For a multi-coloured logo, one or two-colour screen printing is used, and on rigid covers, full-colour digital printing is possible. On recycled cardboard, one-colour screen printing and laser work well.

Can You Include Each Office's Holidays in the Agenda?

Yes. The annual planner and calendar can be printed with each centre's holidays, even with different versions per country or office. This is interior customisation: it requires digital printing of the pages, adds one or two weeks to the timeline, and places the price at the higher end of the range, around €12-15 per unit.
