How It's Done
- Design and Preview. You send us the logo in vector format (SVG, PDF or AI); if you only have a PNG, we vectorise it. We choose the model, weight, colours, and embroidery position, and you see the personalised garment on screen before approving anything.
- Production and branding. Once the design is approved, the embroidery is digitised (the matrix that the machine reads) and a sample is stitched to validate the thread and density on the fabric. We produce the necessary units, starting from 25 units; from approval to finished garment usually takes around two to three weeks, depending on the model and volume.
- Delivery. Each person selects their size and colour on the portal and specifies where they want it: the office, an event venue, or their home, in any European country. You receive a single invoice, with a breakdown of benefits in kind if your company requires it.

The half-zip fleece is the standard for end-of-year gifts and company anniversaries because it doesn't rely as heavily on exact sizing as a shirt: three or four sizes cover almost the entire team. The membrane softshell is used by teams working outdoors (construction, logistics, installations, outdoor events) and at winter conferences, where stand staff spend hours near an open door. The lightweight microfleece of 140-180 g/m² is ideal for cold offices, providing warmth without hindering writing. Allow approximately two to three weeks from preview approval to finished garment, plus transport. In October and November, it's advisable to extend the timeframe as it's peak season for warm textiles. If each employee selects size and address on the portal, the timeframe also depends on how long you take to close that selection period. What is the best branding technique for a fleece or softshell?
Embroidery is the standard technique: it withstands washing, looks like a quality garment, and works well on pile fabric.
